Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I completely understand that plans and work schedules can change. To protect appointment availability and the time reserved specifically for you:
* 24+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee.
* Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
* Repeated cancellations or rescheduling: After a second cancellation or reschedule, future appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time. The deposit will be applied toward your service.
* No-shows: A deposit or cancellation fee will be required before booking future appointments.
