CANCELLATION POLICY
At NUA Skin Atelier, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This allows us to honor our time, preparation, and the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
